Baby romaine wedge topped with smoked paprika tomatoes, candied bacon, queso fresco and avocado with a drizzle of charred poblano dressing.

Pepita-crusted pork chop rubbed with a homemade chile powder served atop a sweet potato and roasted corn salsa. Garnished with tequila butter and fresh oregano.
